His background includes executive leadership in regulated financial institutions, where he previously led commercial and residential lending operations at Liberty Bank and Trust, aligning growth with disciplined underwriting and compliance standards.
Throughout his career, Dr. Beadle has worked alongside national lenders, institutional capital providers, developers, and entrepreneurs. These experiences shaped his understanding that clients do not simply need loan approvals — they need strategic guidance, structured solutions, and a lending partner who sees the bigger picture.
